Plenty of steam and possessive Alphaness from the Russian Dimitri who cannot let go of this sweet girl although he knows she would be better off without him due to his criminal ways. Then there is Emma the shy virgin librarian who cannot understand her attraction to this obviously dangerous man.
This is my first book by Zoe Blake but will not be my last. It had my level of dark without torture and humiliation. If you are looking for a smutty read with darkness entrenched then I recommend this one to you. Check trigger warnings please because there are spankings.
